How are your payment options?
We accept payments via BPI, BDO, and Paypal. Payment information will be emailed once you submit your order form. Please send proof of payment and order number to inherelement [at] projectvanity [dot] com.
Please allow for 48 business hours to verify receipt of payment.
All products are packed securely with bubble wrap. In the event of product breakage, please advise our team within 24 hours of receipt of package.
How much is your shipping fee?
Shipping is free with no minimum order for Metro Manila orders. For provincial orders, shipping is free for a minimum order of P699.
How soon can I get my order?
For Metro Manila orders, it usually takes 3 business days. For provincial orders, it will take 5-7 days but is dependent on how soon you send the payment.
Please take note that sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances, deliveries may be delayed. If so, just email us at inherelement [at] projectvanity [dot] com and we will make sure to coordinate with you regarding your order.
How can I track my order?
For concerns regarding your delivery, please direct your inquiries to AirSpeed. A waybill number will be issued for your package upon turnover to the courier. Use this to track your package's progress. We are not liable for any delays on the part of the courier.

Do you have international shipping?

Can I get my package within the day?
You may arrange for same-day delivery via Lalamove or Grab Express by informing us at inherelement [at] projectvanity [dot] com. Customers will book and shoulder the fee for these services.
Are your products safe for pregnant or breastfeeding women?
Our products are formulated with safe ingredients but actives like the glycolic acid in our Glow Job 5% Glycolic Cream and Petal Skin Rose Clay Mask may not be recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women. We recommend checking with your doctor before using any products to ensure that it is safe and suitable for your particular condition.
Are your products organic?
In Her Element products are made with botanically-derived ingredients but we don't claim to be organic. A brand must have proper certification from a certifying body such as the Organic Certification Center of the Philippines in order to rightly make that claim.
Are your products cruelty-free?
We do not test our products on animals. Our products are made with botanically-derived ingredients.
How long do In Her Element products last?
All our products have a sticker that states its manufacturing and expiration date.
What is the best way to store In Her Element products?
Products must be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
CANCELLATION / EXCHANGE
Can I change or cancel my purchase?
Unfortunately if the item has been shipped out, you can not cancel your order.
What is your exchange policy?
We have a 7-day exchange policy for physically defective items (tampered seal/damaged product/ product is near expiry or expired) exclusively bought from our website. The customer will bear the shipping cost of return. Kindly email us for more details.
